Absolutely bring your friends! We want to share this space with as many people who will benefit. If it is for a one off session we charge a casual fee of $15 and also open our doors to the greater community on our regular community day initiative!

There is street parking available on Hayward St where the gym is located and across the fields from our back entrance at the Stafford City Shopping Center.

We ask that you do not park down the driveway or next door at the veterinary center as these are not affiliated with our business and will be towed at owner’s expense by the neighbouring businesses.

Our space provides a variety of exercise equipment catered to body building machines, functional fitness, powerlifting and strong man training.

We are fortunate to boast two outdoor areas on each side of the gym focused on being able to perform the compound movements of squat, bench and deadlift whilst hosting access to a dumbbell selection. Our driveway and sled track also allow for functional exercises of a longer distance. Our back entrance opens on the football fields of Brother Junior Rugby League Club which can be used when not occupied by our neighbours.

Ice baths:

Separating ourselves from other gyms, Strength Sanctuary hosts two ice baths which are available for use during staffed hours. See our friendly staff for an introduction.

Some of our coaches are qualified sports nutritionists so you can enquire directly for nutritional services.

Typically our busy hours are from 7am to 10am and 4pm to 7pm on any given day,  Keep in mind that we have an incredibly high equipment to member ratio meaning even in our busiest times you won’t find yourself waiting on any equipment.

We charge on a direct debit basis which takes effect every Friday via bank account or bank card. We also offer upfront payment of your membership via bank transfer or eftpos.
